Our polyurethane fine screen mesh is manufactured from high-quality polyurethane sheets with precision screen surfaces. These screens offer superior abrasion resistance and significantly longer service life compared to traditional woven vibrating screen mesh. The anti-blinding properties enable efficient screening of materials previously considered difficult or impossible to process.
With extremely fine openings down to 0.1mm, our polyurethane fine screen mesh is suitable for a wide variety of wet and dry applications. Featuring low noise operation and minimal maintenance requirements, these screens serve as ideal replacements for perforated vibrating screen mesh. The enhanced wear resistance and acid/alkali resistance outperform woven alternatives.
Convenient hooks on both sides facilitate easy installation onto vibrating screens.
